You have the right to return most products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. For custom-made or personalized items, please refer to the specific terms outlined in your order confirmation, as these may be subject to different return conditions.
The return period begins on the day you receive the goods. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us of your intention to return within this 14-day period by contacting us using the information provided in the Contact Information section.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct an amount from the refund for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If you are returning items because they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation or agreement.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and obtaining proof of postage when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose an uninsured shipping method.
If you are eligible for a free return, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Instructions for using this label will be included with your return authorization.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by clear statement, such as by email or through our website contact form.
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will process your cancellation and refund as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods back or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.
If you cancel an order for custom-made items that have already been produced, you may still be required to pay for the goods, depending on the circumstances and any agreement made at the time of order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items, minus any deductions for diminished value or non-returnable items, as permitted by law. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us.
If you receive a refund, the corresponding transaction will appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund following our return process, and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return and new order separately.
If you receive items that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice. We may ask for photographs of the damage or fault to assist with our investigation.
